Zesty Homemade House Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 scallion green onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomato
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to a small bowl, cover, and chill until ready to use.
- Recipe yields about 2 cups of salad dressing.
