If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for about 30 minutes before prep time. Place chicken and teriyaki in a zippered bag or bowl with a tight fitting lid, into the refrigerator for about an hour to marinate. You can marinate overnight if you like, but do it for at least an hour for best flavor. Once the chicken is ready, simply place the chicken, pineapple chunks and red pepper pieces alternately onto skewers. Then, grill until chicken is grilled throughout. It's that easy!
