Berry Frappe

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounce bag frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 pint strawberries sliced
  • 12 ounces cream soda
  • 8 ounces non-fat or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cups club soda

Instructions
 

  • 1. You will need to blend the ingredients in two batches, so your blender doesn't floweth over (Trust me on this one, as I speak from a very messy experience. Place 1/2 of the following ingredients in blender: raspberries, creme soda, yogurt, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Cover, blend until berries are pureed and sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture into 13x9 inch pan.
  • 2. Cover and freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  • 3. Using a fork, break up half of the frozen mixture. Place in blender and add 1 cup of the club soda. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour into chilled glasses. Repeat with remaining half of frozen mixture and remaining cup of club soda.
  • Enjoy your berry frappe! (Yields 4 generous servings.)
