Heatwave Chicken Salad

This simple chicken salad recipe uses delicious seasonal berries. Best of all, you won't even have to turn on the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken from your supermarket's deli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup bottled balsamic dressing
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Tear chicken into bite size pieces and set aside in a large bowl.
  • In a medium size bowl, combine mayonnaise and balsamic dressing. Stir diced celery, grapes, blueberries, and walnuts. Add mixture to chicken, stirring until well combined. Salt and Pepper to taste.
