- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion finely diced
- 2 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 (14 oz.) can Crushed Tomato
- 1 (14 oz.) can Tomato puree
- 1 tsp ground Coriander
- 1 tsp dried Basil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. Macaroni
- 2 cups Beef stock
- Salt and pepper
- 1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese shredded
In a large pot drizzle in the olive oil. Add the onions and beef and cook over MED-HIGH heat for 5–8 minutes until the beef is browned.
Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, spices, and herbs. Stir well then cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the uncooked pasta and the stock. Stir well. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce to LOW heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat. Sprinkle in 1 cup of the cheese and stir. Top with the rest of the cheese and serve hot.
