1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 2/3 cup cocoa powder sifted if lumpy 1/2 cup powdered sugar sifted if lumpy 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 3/4 tsp sea salt 2 large eggs 1/2 cup canola oil or extra-virgin olive oil 2 tbsp water 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 325°F. Lightly coat an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray, line with parchment paper, and spray the paper too.
In a medium bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and sea salt.
In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just mixed, being careful not to overmix.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 48 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
