1. Add juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and caramel sauce to your slow cooker; whisk, cover and cook on low for 3-5 hours.
2. Remove lid, add rum, stir, cover, and cook for 30 additional minutes.
3. Serve with apple slices and cinnamon sticks as garnish.
*Note: This can also be simmered on the stovetop!
