Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 3 - 4 pound beef roast of choice (I usually go with whatever is on sale.) 1 can cola 1 cup beef broth 1 envelope brown gravy 1 envelope onion soup mix salt and pepper 1 bag pre-washed baby carrots

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place carrots into the bottom of the slow cooker. Generously salt and pepper roast, and place on top of the carrots.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine the cola, beef broth, gravy mix, and onion soup mix. Whisk until well combined and pour over roast.
  • 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours, depending on your slow cooker. Mine takes closer to 10 hours. When done, the roast should easily pull apart with a fork.
