Chop the Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Miniatures into small pieces. The pieces need to be able to dissolve easily in the liquid.
You want the chocolate to look something like this. I am partial to the Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate, but if you prefer the Hershey's Milk Chocolate it would be just as good. Maybe even a combo of the two?
Place milk into a pot on medium-low heat, and allow it to come to a simmer. Whisk in a dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice at this time. Whisk once in a while to be sure the milk does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
Add the chocolate to the warm milk and whisk until the chocolate is completely melted, heated through, and the hot chocolate is smooth. This will only take a few minutes.
