Pickle Bites Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • sliced corned beef from the deli about .5 pound should do
  • dill pickles
  • herb cream cheese spread I typically use the Philadelphia Chive and Onion spread.

Instructions
 

  • Spread approximately one tablespoon of cream cheese onto each slice of deli meat. Place a dill pickle at one end of a slice of meat, carefully roll until the deli meat is completely wrapped around the pickle. The cream cheese will bind it all together.
  • Using a knife, cut the rolled pickle into 1/2 inch slices. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
