In a medium bowl, mash banana and mix in yogurt. Slightly warm peanut butter in microwave or on the stove top, to make it easier to mix. Add peanut butter and honey to the banana and yogurt, mixing well.
You can use an ice cube tray or small paper cups to freeze the ice cream.
Spoon ice cream into condiment cups and freeze until set.
Recipe yields 16 - 2 ounce servings.
