Silk Fruit&Protein Seasonal Fruit Smoothies Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain non-fat or low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 cup frozen fruit I used mixed berries.
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups Silk Fruit&Protein I used Strawberry Banana.

Instructions
 

  • First wash and cut up your fruit. Add first five ingredients to blender and pulse until almost smooth. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups Silk Fruit&Protein and pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
  • This recipe will yield 2 - 4 servings, depending on what size glasses you use. The beauty of this recipe is that you can interchange your ingredients, depending on what fruits are seasonally available.
