Using a heavy spoon, mash the cream cheese into the crushed Oreo until well combined. Using a small cookie scoop, form mixture into small balls. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Dip each ball into chocolate, tapping off excess and place on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle reserved crushed Oreo over tops of truffles, before chocolate coating hardens. Place in the refrigerator until set.
