Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • ¾ cup milk or vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a dollop of vanilla yogurt or whipped topping. Makes 2 or 3 small servings (drink is rich). Enjoy!
