Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Instructions
 

  • Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into shell. Garnish with pecans if desired. Freeze overnight. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
