Cinnamon Sugar Almond Rolls

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, using a pastry cutter or your fingers, combine butter, almond extract,  sugars, cinnamon, salt and flour until a coarse crumbs crumbs.
  • On an ungreased cookie sheet, roll out dough. Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  • Roll into a log and wrap with wax paper.
  • Place in freezer for about 30-45 min to firm up.
  • Remove from freezer and cut into rolls. Place in 9in baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine icing ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour evenly over rolls.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes, until golden on top.
  • Best when served warm. Enjoy.
