Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces uncooked dried spaghetti
  • ½ pound bulk Italian Sausage or ground beef
  • 1 cup prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
  • Meanwhile, in a skillet brown the sausage or ground beef, drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  • Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl stir together the sour cream, ½ cup mozzarella cheese and egg; stir in spaghetti.
  • Place the spaghetti mixture into a 9 inch pie pan, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese, and spread sausage/beef mixture over entire surface.
  • Cover with foil and cook 25 to 35 minutes until heated through.
  • Remove foil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Cool for 10 minutes and cut into wedges.
