  • 16 oz. frozen peas thawed and drained
  • 6 strips bacon cut into small pieces and cooked
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • In a large bowl, combine peas, bacon, cheeses, onion and mayonnaise.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving.
