Lightly spray Cake Boss 6-Cup Cakelette pan, or muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each cup about 3/4 full with prepared cake batter.
Bake according to cake mix package directions. Remove to wire rack on top of a cookie sheet, and allow to cool.
Fill a pastry bag, fitted with a tip, with chocolate frosting. Insert the tip into the top of each cakelette, and gently squeeze to fill each cake with frosting.
Prepare ganache. Place finely chopped choclate into a medium size bowl. Heat 1 cup heavy cream to a simmer. Pour warmed cream over chocolate and stir until well combined and all chocolate is melted. You want the consistency to bee somewhat loose, so it will pour over the cakes.
Pour ganache over each cakelette until completely covered. Allow to cool and set completely, before serving.

This recipe will make 12 servings using a cakelette pan, or 24 servings using a muffin tin.
