Yankee Candle Holiday Scents Review

I love the many scents of Christmas such as cookies, spice, balsam, gingerbread and berries. The best way to infuse your home with these magical scents for the holidays is with a candle from Yankee Candle. For many years I have purchased candles from Yankee Candle in holiday scents for myself and as gifts for family and friends. I know that a Yankee Candle will always be much appreciated by the recipient.

Yankee Candle was nice enough to send us candles in some of this years popular holiday fragrances. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing my house smells right now. At the moment I have “Balsam & Cedar” burning in the living room. We have an artificial tree this year, so I have been missing the smell of a fresh tree. The “Balsam & Cedar” candle gives off the wonderful smell of a fresh cut Christmas tree. I can smell this candle in every room of the house right now. I was so excited to get this particular candle, because I recently gave one to my sister-in-law as a gift and have been feeling a little envious ever since.

I was not familiar with the “Warm Woolen Mittens” candle that we received but have fallen in love with it. When I first took off the lid and smelled it, I did not get as strong a fragrance as from some other Yankee Candles. But when lit, Warm Woolen Mittens gives off a wonderful and complex aroma of lemon, apple, lily and musk. I get such a cozy feeling from this candle.
