Coleslaw Dressing

Step 1

– 1 cup mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons granulated sugar – 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. For a thinner consistency, add a little water or more vinegar.
