Fall is my favorite season with it’s cool weather and colorful leaves. Now that Halloween is behind us, I am really getting excited about Thanksgiving and Christmas soon to come. Acorn Candy Kisses have long been one of my favorite fall treats to make. They are super cute and delicious. You don’t have to turn on the oven and they are simple enough for kids to make.
Acorn Candy Supplies Needed:
Bag of Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
1 Package of Nutter Butter Bites (the small round ones)
Miniature chocolate chips
Chocolate frosting (A bag of prepared chocolate frosting works well for this.)

Simply use a dab of chocolate frosting to glue the bottom of a Hershey Kiss to the one side of a cookie. Use another dab of chocolate frosting to attach a miniature chocolate chip to the other side of the cookie.
That’s it. Easy peasy! You can put a lot of these together in no time flat, especially if you have little helpers.
How to Package Acorn Candy for Fall Gift Giving
You know I had to package some of these up to give as gifts. For some, I simply wrapped a little baker’s twine around the top of a jar. For the other gifts, I put some of the acorn candy into a clear bag and tied on a fall gift tag. These 8′ x 12″ clear cellophane bags from Amazon are perfect. You can use the free Happy Fall Y’all printable gift tag below!
I love that “Happy Fall Y’all” saying. It’s perfect for this fall gift tag. Feel free to download and print the free printable gift tag for your own personal use.
