The Lorax DVD

Dr Seuss The Lorax DVD hit shelves August 7th! Have you seen it yet? The Lorax DVD is one you’ll sure want to add to your family’s movie collection. It’s great fun for the whole family and one of the few animated films that truly held my attention, all the way through. The hilarious and captivating adventure, Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax transports viewers into a fantastical landscape imagined by Dr. Seuss and vividly brought to life by Chris Meledandri and his acclaimed filmmaking team at Illumination Entertainment (Despicable Me).

The Lorax

Adapted from the 1971 children’s classic, the film is an imaginative journey that begins in the town of Thneedville, where a boy searches for the one thing he knows will win the heart of his dream girl. Twelve-year-old Ted will do anything to find a real live Truffula Tree in order to impress the girl of his dreams. As he embarks on his journey, Ted discovers the incredible story of the Lorax, a grumpy but charming creature who speaks for the trees. Featuring the voice talents of Danny DeVito, Ed Helms, Zac Efron, Taylor Swift, Rob Riggle, Jenny Slate and Betty White, Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax is filled with hilarious fun for everyone!

  • We didn’t get a chance to see this in theaters, but I’m really excited to see it! I had the chance to meet Mr. Lorax, himself, at BlissDom, which was great 🙂 Can’t wait to pick a copy of this up!

  • My daughter and I still haven’t seen this movie. She is 9 and acts like she is 15! I am hoping that she still will enjoy this and won’t think she is “too old” for it. Thank you for your review. It sounds like it is enjoyable for all ages–even adults and kids who think they are teenagers!
