We recently had a fantastic night of family fun watching a Harlem Globetrotters basketball game in Augusta, at the James Brown Arena. This being our first time seeing the Globetrotters in action, meant we were in for a big surprise. It wasn’t your ordinary basketball game by any stretch of the imagination.
None of us had any idea how much we would be laughing during the game. It wasn’t all fun and games though. The Harlem Globetrotters had to take on the International Elite for the world championship. The Elite were fierce competitors, but in the end it was the Harlem Globetrotters who won the championship. I have to admit that there was never any doubt that the Globetrotters would be victorious.
The night was full of non-stop pranks and crazy antics from both sides of the court. We were pleasantly surprised by just how much fun our group of girls had at a basketball game. After the game everyone headed downstairs to the court for autographs and photos with the players. I really appreciate how friendly and available the players were to the fans.

The Harlem Globetrotters are currently on a world tour, so don’t miss out if they are in a town near you. It makes for a great night of family fun!
