These gooey chocolate brownies are topped with chocolate frosting, then sprinkled with crushed potato chips, pretzels, and white chocolate morsels.

Game Day Half-Time Brownies

Add a little drizzle of chocolate syrup and caramel sauce (because we couldn’t decide between the two) and you’ve got a dessert that’s worthy of a a game day celebration. I like to call these Game Day Half-Time Brownies, if you can keep your hands off them till half-time.

Don’t those look AMAZING? With the big game right around the corner, I am so excited to share these half-time brownies with you.

My nieces are finally old enough to really help out in the kitchen, although it seems like all they want to make are desserts. Who am I to argue with that? I love spending time in the kitchen with these girls. See how we “mix up a moment” with Pillsbury Brownie Mix and Frosting!

With the big game coming up, I made a trip to Walmart to stock up on game day snacks and Pillsbury™ Brownie Mixes and Frostings which are the perfect complement to game day celebrations.

No matter which team you’re rooting for, you’re sure to love these brownies. They kind of remind me of an “everything but the kitchen sink” recipe with so many toppings. It’s not too much though, I promise. Nothing will go to waste either, because you can enjoy the remaining pretzels and chips during the game.

I love the combination of sweet and salty, along with the contrast you get from the crunchy toppings on top of the tender and gooey chocolate brownies.

Originally I had planned to finish these off with a little drizzle of chocolate syrup, but the girls wanted to add some caramel syrup too. Again, who am I to argue with that? Those girls were onto something good, not to mention delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing.

My helpers got a little carried away with the toppings.
