We don’t get any snow here in Florida, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t have snowmen on the brain. Snowmen and winter go hand in hand, no matter where you live.

Making Snowman soup is an inexpensive and fun way to give a present that is sure to give a smile.

With this printable snowman soup tag, you simple put the 3 ingredients in the bag and staple the free printable over the bag. If you are giving this to someone and want more than a simple present, put the bag of goodies inside of a holiday themed mug and then they will have everything they need.

This Snowman Soup is simple enough for kids to make for their friends or for family members. Snowman soup also makes a fun Secrete Santa present, goes great in stockings and even works as part of an advent calendar or 12 days of Christmas gifts.

Snowman Soup Cocoa Treat Bags

Materials:

  • Hot cocoa packets
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Mini Candy canes or peppermint sticks
  • Clear gift bags
  • Printable Snowman Soup tag
  • Stapler
  • Scissors

Instructions:

Place a hot cocoa packet into the bottom of a clear gift bag.

Put a mini candy cane or peppermint stick next to the hot cocoa packet in the bag.

Add a layer of mini marshmallows in front of the candy cane and cocoa packet in the bottom of the gift bag.

Fold the top of the gift bag over about 2-3 inches above the top of the hot cocoa packet in the bag.

Staple the bag closed and cut off the excess plastic from the top of the bag.

Cut out the printable “Snowman Soup” tag.

Place the tag at the top of the bag, and staple it on each corner.

    Which brand of hot chocolate packets did you buy? The swiss miss packets did not have directions like this printed on each packet. Thanks so much!
