Keeping Families Connected: Verizon FiOS #TwasTheStanley

Verizon Fios - Twas the Night Before Stanley

10 years ago, I would have never dreamed how much technology would be a part of my life. I was a bit of a late bloomer when it comes to tech and gadgets. With 3 teenagers in the family (all with their own laptop), and my career change which includes working from a home office, my family relies heavily on being connected to the internet.

Needless to say there will be quite a few tech products under the tree on Christmas morning, including new smartphones, tablets, headphones, and games for the Xbox 360. Christmas is also a time when we’ll be relying on technology to do things like sharing pictures with friends on Facebook and Instagram, and video chatting with our relatives across the miles.

A reliable internet connection is a must now that I am working from home, and we sometimes have as many as 5 devices connected the internet at once. I can totally relate to Stanley’s dilemma in this sweet new video from Verizon FiOS

You’ll want to take a moment to watch the Twas the Night Before Stanley video. It’s a clever twist on an old, beloved classic.

Stanley is excited to get his family the latest tech gifts that will allow them to spend time together and create memories. When testing out the new gadgets, Stanley runs into a bit of a problem because of an inferior internet connection. Luckily, Santa comes to the rescue with Verizon FiOS. This is such a sweet video. You’ll want to take a moment to watch it.

Having an unreliable internet connection is like getting a visit from the Scrooge for Christmas. Santa wants us to have reliable internet service. Verizon FiOS enables entertainment that connects people during the holidays. That’s powerful.
