I have a confession to make. I don’t always eat enough fruits and veggies. It’s not that I don’t like fruits and vegetables, rather I get bored with them. This juice is perfect for women on-the-go, like myself. A couple of years ago, I purchased a very expensive juicer. It sat in the closet untouched for over a year, before I gave it away to someone. I had really good intentions to drink more juice, but could never find the time to do all of that juicing.
Does it really taste good?
I don’t know about you, but I don’t typically gravitate towards foods and drinks that are green. Buying a shot of green juice from the local health food store, isn’t really my thing either. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious, fruit forward taste of the Farmstand Tropical Green fruit and vegetable juice.

I really like that it has both fruit and veggies. I am bad about getting my daily recommendation.

I like to make smoothies with spinach.
At our local Walmart on Sunday they had a demo of this and my son and I taste tested it and even my son loved it. I love juicing but don’t always have the time so this would be nice to keep on hand!
My favorite way to sneak in more fruits and veggies is salad.

I think the best way to add fruits and veggies is to put them in smoothies. Also try adding to soups.
We include a lot of real veggies and fruit into all our meals. The kids don’t have to like every veggie but you do need to experiment and continue to offer a variety of both raw and cooked veggies. my oldest absolutely loved asparagus and snow peas in the pod. sometimes he would dip them but most often he just liked them raw.
