I eat Activia yogurt and a banana every morning for this very reason. I wonder if adding this would be helpful.
I agree that healthy bacteria is so good for a body. I do a lot of fermenting or culturing my own food so that I can enjoy healthy bacteria that way, but my family refuses to join in. Maybe they have something for digestive health for the whole fam. I can make them eat/take a supplement

Thanks for sharing. I haven’t heard of this brand before. I keep hearing about probiotics. I will have to check this out. As I am getting older my belly which is flat most of the time can become bloated so fast at times. Getting older does make your digestive system have alot of issues!
