It’s almost a new year and with it comes new resolutions, and renewed health and fitness goals. Like so many people, I kicked off 2015 with a new and improved healthier lifestyle. I was so motivated, and had some success. Sadly, it didn’t last. This year I am getting a head start on my health and fitness goals for 2016 with some smart health and fitness gear from Sears Connected Solutions.
I’ve been saying for months that I need to lose some weight and get into better shape, but I need some serious help. I have a two week trip to Europe planned for this spring, and know that I need to start getting fit soon, if I’m going to be able to keep up with the long days of walking with a tour group. It’s comfortable, slim and stylish so I’m likely to wear it on most days.

I’d like to have the Fitbit Flex. I’ve been using the app on my phone, but think having something on my wrist would be more convenient. LOL My goal for 2016 is to get back into a routine. In 2015 I had a surgery that sidelined me for a while. When I got back to exercising I fractured my tibia. Sidelined again. Having problems getting back into shape.
I would like a fit bit charge and my goal is to walk more.
The fitness gear I would like best is the Gaiam NEW Gaiam Sublime Print Yoga Mat 3mm. Goals for 2016 is to cut out all fast food.
I’d love to have the Magellan Echo Fit Sports Watch with Heart Rate Monitor to track my daily activities. In 2016 I want to start eating less processed foods and stick to a training regimen!
