Some things are just made to go together like peaches and cream, or ketchup and fries. My family spends a lot of time in the pool and playing outside in the summertime, so the task of doing the laundry is just a bit more challenging. When it comes to caring for my family’s clothes this summer, the combination of Tide, Downy, and Bounce are better together. Tide cleans my family’s clothes better than any other detergent. Downy softens our clothes and makes them smell AMAZING, while Bounce ensures there is no static cling and keeps our laundry fresh. It’s that simple.
I was sent a $20 Target gift card to really put to the test the idea that Tide, Downy, and Bounce are better together. I already had all three of these products in my laundry room, but we go through it rather quickly so the gift card was much appreciated.
Tide
I have always been a huge fan of Tide Liquid, but lately I’ve also been picking up the Tide Pods. They are so simple to toss into the washer and mess free. I know I can count on Tide for a brilliant clean every time.
Downy
Downy brings me back to my childhood. I loved the smell of my clothes after Mom added Downy to the laundry. I still use the Downy liquid fabric softener, but have also discovered the Downy Unstopables in Wash Scent Booster – gosh I love that stuff.
Bounce
There is simply no getting around using Bounce dryer sheets for softening clothes and stopping static. One of the big reasons I prefer to use Bounce is my two hairy dogs. Bounce dryer sheets do a fabulous job of repelling pet hair, and it ends up in the lint trap where it belongs.
This summer there are other things that work better together, like this beach look with a cute swimsuit and cover up. Add some cute sandals and I’m looking fashionable out by the pool… that is until one of the kids decides to splash or dunk me. Do you have a favorite summer outfit?
