If you like to play with your food, you’re going to love the OREO Games and this latest challenge called Stack Attack. Build the coolest cookie construction for a chance to win BIG. I’m excited to share the OREO cookie creations my family constructed for the contest, along with an easy-to-make Turtle OREO S’mores treat to enjoy when you’re finished creating your own entry.

This is a sponsored post with Mirum Shopper about The OREO Games, all opinions are my own.

My 8 year old and I had so much FUN making our OREO tower castle.

OREO Cookie Castle

Here’s some inspiration for you:

To make a castle like ours, begin with a circle of OREO cookies. Then place an offset row on top of those, continuing that pattern until your tower is as tall as you want it.

It will be hollow in the center.

Embellish anyway you like. We used both Golden and Chocolate OREO cookies, as well as Minis.

To help our OREO creation stay together we used some frosting as glue.

For added embellishment we built a wall, a grand entrance, and added some Juliet balconies to our castle. Flags for the top were made with toothpicks and pieces of washi tape.

OREO Pirate Ship

While I added finishing touches to the castle, my 8 year old made a Pirate Ship all on her own.

I’m so in LOVE with how her Pirate Ship turned out.

Can you tell we had fun with this project?

Turtle OREO S’mores Recipe

After you’re finished making your own entry, be sure to enjoy an OREO treat like Turtle OREO S’mores.

Turtle OREO S’mores with toasted marshmallows, caramel sauce, chopped nuts, and OREO cookies.

Oh, yeah.

Turtle OREO S’mores are AMAZING.

You don’t need an open flame to make these s’mores. Place your OREO cookies in a single layer on a baking sheet, top each with a marshmallow then broil for 1-2 minutes. Be sure to watch closely and pull out just as they begin to get all dark, charred crispy and delicious.

I happened to have some jumbo size marshmallows on hand, so I cut those in half. Otherwise, the standard size marshmallow will work perfectly.

After you pull this tray of deliciousness out of the oven, drizzle on some caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts. I used chopped pecans, but use whatever nuts you fancy.

Top with another OREO cookie. Gently mash down with your fingers until the warm marshmallow is oozing out between the cookies. Get a napkin ready and dig in. These are going to be messy, but are SO worth it.

Finger licking good.
