2 1/4teaspoonsinstant yeast
1 1/4teaspoonssalt
1 1/2tablespoonshoney
1 1/4cupswarm water110°F

Instructions
Combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, and honey in a large bowl. Add the warm water and olive oil. Stir and knead until a sticky, shaggy dough develops. Form into a ball and transfer it to a greased bowl.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape it gently into a smooth ball. Cover it loosely and let it rise for 15 minutes.
Place the shaped dough on a piece of parchment paper. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Use a sharp knife to score the top of the dough. Transfer the dough (with the parchment) into the air fryer basket, making sure there is space above for rising.
Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F and cook for 15 minutes. Flip the loaf carefully and cook for another 15 minutes until the bottom sounds hollow when tapped. Remove the bread and let it cool on a rack before slicing, approximately 1 hour.
