Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for optional garnish)
  • Preferred dipping sauce such as ketchup

  • Wash the potatoes. Peel if you like. Cut them into 1/4-inch sticks. Place the cut fries in a bowl of cold water and let them soak for 10 minutes.
