- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
