  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
