Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs such as Italian seasoning or herbs de Provence
  • 1 lemon sliced into rounds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  • Drizzle olive oil evenly over each fillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
