- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs such as Italian seasoning or herbs de Provence
- 1 lemon sliced into rounds
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
