Banana Dragon Fruit Nice Cream, Try Something Different!

This Banana Dragon Fruit Ice Cream is great. I love desserts but the sugar is not the best thing to have in a healthy diet. Nice cream is a great way to have a dessert and still eat healthy.

2 very ripe whole bananas 1 dragon fruit Half is for the nice cream the other half is for topping and is optional ½ cup almond or coconut milk optional 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds
Peel the bananas and place in a bag or container and freeze fully. This usually takes about an hour.
When the bananas are frozen solid, break them up a bit and then toss into the blender.
Pour the almond/coconut milk over them and add in the dragon fruit. If you are using chia seeds, add them now.
Blend on high until thick and creamy. It will start to melt quickly so you’ll want to work at a brisk pace.
Scoop it out of the blender and enjoy.
