2 pounds carrots peeled and halved lengthwise 1/4 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter in a saucepan, over low heat. Stir in thyme, garlic, salt, pepper and honey.
Place carrots on a large baking sheet. Pour glaze over carrots and toss to coat.
Roast until caramelized and fork tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
