This semi-homemade Blueberry Lemon Spice Cake recipe is simple to make and full of flavor. It's a great snack cake to have on hand for unexpected guests.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounces your favorite spice cake mix
  • 1 cup Smucker's® Blueberry Lemon Fruit & Honey Fruit Spread
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your favorite spice cake mix in a 9x13 pan, according to package directions.
  • Remove from oven, and while cake is still warm use a fork to poke holes into the top of the cake.
  • Use a spoon to spread the top of the cake with Smucker's® Blueberry Lemon Fruit & Honey Fruit Spread.
  • You'll need about 1 - 1 1/2 cups of the Fruit & Honey Fruit Spread. Don't be skimpy.
  • Sift some powdered sugar over the cake and serve.
