Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe beef tomatoes sliced
  • 1 ball fresh mozzarella sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon capers

Instructions
 

  • Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  • Layer the tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate and top them with fresh basil leaves.
