Ambrosia Salad is a classic fruit salad that’s been around since the days of potlucks. This easy fruit salad is perfection with a sweet and fluffy whipped cream dressing, soft mini marshmallows and colorful fruit.

15 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained 12 oz. jar maraschino cherries (without stems), drained 6 oz. container vanilla Greek yogurt 1 cup mini marshmallows 1 cup shredded coconut 8 oz. tub whipped topping, thawed 1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, gently mix the drained mandarin oranges, pineapple and cherries. Stir in yogurt, marshmallows, pecans and coconut.
Using a spatula, gently fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
