- 15 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 12 oz. jar maraschino cherries (without stems), drained
- 6 oz. container vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 8 oz. tub whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, gently mix the drained mandarin oranges, pineapple and cherries. Stir in yogurt, marshmallows, pecans and coconut.
Using a spatula, gently fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
