Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks 1 cup softened salted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

To decorate:

  • Twizzlers green apple "grass" licorice
  • Any jelly beans
  • Pillsbury pink lemonade frosting

You will also need:

  • Non stick cooking spray
  • Cupcake pan
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Hand or stand mixer
  • Small 8oz juice cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°
  • Spray your cupcake pan with a nonstick cooking spray
  • Mix together your softened butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until you have a whipped Texture (about 3 minutes)
  • Now mix in your egg
  • Add your flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla and mix until you have a thick cookie dough
  • Place a golf ball sized dough ball into each cupcake mold
  • Press your dough into the cupcake mold it and up onto the sides

  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • After your cookies are baked, use a small cup and press into the cookies to make a bowl shape
