Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 pounds frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Warm a skillet over low heat. Add the butter, allowing it to melt slowly. As the butter sizzles, add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
