4 to 6 pound fully cooked bone-in ham 4 cups apple cider divided 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 whole orange quartered 1/2 cup brown sugar packed 3/4 cup honey
Place ham into a 6 quart or larger Crock-Pot slow cooker.
In a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, add 2 cups of the apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Stir to combine. Pour over the ham.
Place pieces of orange around sides of the ham.
Combine brown sugar and honey in a small saucepan. Heat over low, stirring, until sugar is melted. Pour or brush over the ham.
Add additional 2 cups of apple cider to the slow cooker, being careful to not pour over the ham and wash away the honey and brown sugar.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Remove ham from the slow cooker, slice and enjoy.
