Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • Place salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet.

  • Spread the Dijon mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
