  • 2 cans salmon (6 ounces each), drained
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 celery rib diced

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
