1cupsweet and spicy BBQ sauceor your favorite kind
1tspagave or honey
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
12mini hamburgerslider buns, or 6 regular buns
Instructions
Place the pork, onions, and broth into the slow cooker. Sprinkle the cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and garlic powder over the top; spread around the meat with your hands or a spatula. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
In a small bowl combine the BBQ sauce, agave/honey, and apple cider vinegar; set aside.
Remove cooked pork from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks. Remove remaining water from slow cooker, reserve the onions. Add pork and onions back to the slow cooker, then add the sauce mixture; stir to coat the meat.
