Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
