- 1 cucumber cut lengthwise, deseeded, and sliced into half wheels
- 1 green bell pepper deseeded and chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives pitted
- 5 ounces feta cheese cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Greek salad dressing
